110% GUARANTEE RETURN POLICY

All products eligible for our "110% Guaranteeā€ which must meet the following conditions:

  • The return must be requested within 30 days of receipt/delivery.

  • The return is eligible for first-time buyers only.

  • You must have taken at least 10 capsules so we know you have tried the product and tried at least 2 capsules on multiple days.

  • Products with more than 50% (1/2 of the product) taken are not qualified for the discount.

  • The items must be returned with all original tags and packaging.

  • Original shipping charges and Tax are non-refundable.

  • Customers are responsible for the charges and tax of the return shipping, exchange shipping fee, and arrange return courier.

  • TMRGuy, LLC will not accept any returned products without prior written communication via email and authorized confirmation.

  • TMRGuy, LLC reserves the right to make the final decision on all cases.

  • Online order cannot be exchange or return in physical store

  • After customer service department confirmed the exchange request, please return the return parcel within 7 days.

  • Sale items cannot be returned or exchanged

WAY TO INITIATE A RETURN

  • Please send a request for a return authorization to our customer service email, Recover@TMRGuy.Com, within 30 days of receiving your order.

  • You will receive a return authorization email and instructions once your return request is provisionally approved.

  • Send your purchase back to us within 30 days (Please note that customers are responsible for the return shipping fees.)

  • Once we have received your package, your refund will be processed within 30 business days.

  • Online order cannot be exchange or return in physical store

  • Sale items cannot be returned or exchanged
